Peace out 2016.

Thank goodness it’s December 31st. Can I get an ‘Amen’?

While there have been some significant lows in 2016, I’m thankful for the joy and growth that I’ve experienced. Here are a few noteworthy moments from my year.

January.

423.7 miles ran & biked (that’s the equivalent of me running & biking to Ontario, Canada- the part of the province by Detroit).

7 professional sports games attended.

4 good cries at MizzouThon.

2 serious injuries.

1 international trip.

1 new instrument.
